We love the phone system and were particularly impressed by your team who made the transition smooth as silk. I had anticipated that it was going to be a real job to move us to the new system, but your team had done all the heavy lifting and pre-programming prior to getting here - and but for recording a few messages and a little tweaking it was 90% done when they walked in the door. They also came back the next business day just to check on how we were going. They are real pros. As for the Fanvil phone and Tier4 system, it’s much more intuitive to use than I had expected, and everyone here is very pleased with it.
